A few months ago, Ben Smith celebrated his one year anniversary at OpenRain.

We knew we wanted to get something funny, yet personalized. After much discussion, we decided to build a bobblehead in his likeness.

Ben is an avid and amazing rock climber. Knowing this, we chose to design as many elements of the sport into the bobblehead. For instance, we had the manufacturer connect a pair of climbing shoes to the backpack through a carabiner.

The bobblehead was built by Whoopass!!! and took six weeks to build and deliver.

Preston: It's becoming clear that anyone on the significant periods needs to have their own isolated office space

The bathroom keychain has evolved over the years. The first keychain was a series of rubber bands woven together. The second keychain consisted of looping wire ties of assorted colors. After those broke, the third keychain was an industrial paper clip.

Recently, Erica brought in a beautiful custom keychain she made out of bamboo plywood with a jigsaw.
